No actually the way I get it is someone with a legit card in california will buy it at a store, then they mail it to some guy in canada and i buy it from that guy. There is one dispensary in toronto i think but im assuming its hard as hell to actually get a card, and even then you'd never get purps like this cuz most of these places grow on site.
