Kinda dark, so I'll keep it quick...

Dude, this desserves better than it got. You are a genious, AMAZING!! I vot 5 on this anyday.

This makes me realize that in animation, AnYthing can happen!

You made my day! :)

Great job John and Ritchie!

I might have this wrong, but I think John does writing and Ritchie does animating, so here goes. If I am wrong, switch names...

John:

Style (9): I loved the way this is done. You have your own style, which remains fresh, and is so great that it is actually quite hard to replicate, which is why you have a small population trying to copy you!

Love everything about this movie, accept for the taskbar at the top of screen, apart from the graphics of it, it was kind of unneeded. I didn't ever use it, and It just kind of got in the way. I know you can remove it using, 'Dot Technology, ooo,' but it is just a nuisance. By the way, this is not why you lost a mark.

Sound (8): Well, great! Funny, as always, and I loved it. Although, I found I had to turn down the volume sometimes, because some sounds started to clip, were way too loud! You lost a mark for this.

Violence (8): Not going too deep into this, because I have a limitted amount of room. It was great, but I didn't like the explosions. You lost a mark for that.

Humour (9): Hahahhahahah! As always, just amazing! Great work, and actually the mark sits around 9.5, but you lost half a mark because after Kirby got out of the fridge, he didn't yell for long enough. Also, I found some of the jokes kind of lame, like when he is riding the toaster, some of that was kinda questionable. Great job though.

Ritchie:

Graphics (8): I know, it should be a nine, but I found some stuff was kind of weird. Like the toaster, because I think it had 3D on it, it looked akward sometimes. Also, some stuff was too dark, like at the start, and I found some stuff to be a bit questionable. Although, you are sitting near a nine on this.

Interactivity (7): As I said before, I don't really like the taskbar at the top. Other than that, it was quite good.

Violence (8): I didn't like the explosions. That was about it, and again, this should be a nine, really, but some was questionable.

Style (9): Great graphics style, hard to replicate, as I said before. Love the 3D, love the 2D, love almost everything. A couple of things look akward though.

-- Overall: 8

Great job overall, always love your work! I'd suggest some better 3D still frame objects though, for Richie.

I don't understand... EXPLAIN!

Well, first I'd like to go over the accusation. How does Ebaum steal the pictures? Because he puts his watermark on them... I don't understand. Is that theft? How does he make money off of it?

I'm stuck on time, so yeah, the graphics were great, got the job done, song was AMAZING! Just want you to clarify that... I'm going to email you (if i can find ur email) and ask cuz u probably wont respond to dis...

AWESOME!!

Review by Stevie -

This movie really dissapointed me. The graphics style was amazing, just amazing, but what plummeted your score was the fact that it small slow-paced, boring, with little humour.

Graphics (9): Great, just great. It was amazing, but it seemed to be the only thing that was acually good.

Style (7): Probably should be a 6, but since the graphics were SO good I had to do it. I found the lack of colour, length and overall flow to be down-right adverage.

Sound (5): Ugh, this dissapointed me. If you had some good voice actors, not some humorless chums, this'd be better. The cell-phone music and quality was good, but it was SO BORING! Get some younger voice actors to lighten it up, or get a better writer.

Voilence (5): Very little, not like it really is that important. To be honest, violence is more of a Newgrounds-type rating, because lots of people enjoy it. I do, but it is not an important category. Anyway, it was okay.

Interactivity (n/a): This I didn't rate, because it was not a game, and it had very little interactivity.

Humor (1): This, and sound could improve, as well as maybe some interactivity (but that is optional). Pf, this was just crap. Humor is important, if you are TRYING TO MAKE A FUNNY MOVIE! It was the opposite of humor, and that killed your mark.

Overall, do not be dissapointed. I will never forget the graphics quality of this feature, because it was awesome! You lacked in other areas... no big deal.

Also, I would really appreciate a respond, please!

Sykohyko responds:

Hey thanks for the critique. I appreicatte that kind of review over the kind that just bash the work. I will definitly work on improving my weaknesses in the future. I feel like we've improved with every short and we plan to keep moving on like that.

How did this get 3.25?????

yo, he had to put this in a different window cuz u cant have over 5MB on NG, let alone 13MB. this stuff was awesome, better than the animation ive seen in movies, and on TV, and anywhere else u can think of. how can this get such a poor mark>????

that is insane. im givin it 5.

It needs a lot of improvement.

The main problem was, pretty much everything. Some problem were:

1) No voices, just over-used sounds.
2) No storyline.
3) Too simple sprite animation.
4) Boring.
5) The sprites didn't fit in with the overall feel.

This animation needs a lot of major improvement, and you need to spend a lot more time on it.

DariusR responds:

Dude...it was really supposed to be a sig...

Badgers, anyone?

You know, by weebls-stuff, that song "Badgers, badgers, badgers, badgers, badgers, badgers, badgers". Yup, it's a rip off of that.

Second, VGDC doesn't suck, you guys do.

Third, they were too short.

Finaly, too many bugs. When played individually, they have unique songs (well, mnot the stone one), however, when you press, 'Play all Music Videos' its all 1 song.

Too dramatic.

Seriously, this was way too dramatic. It was also a bit too, 'multi-styled' for my liking. There was one well drawn character, and one pile of circles. For some reason, this guy was trained by some kung-fu guy for the reason of 'protecting the ones he cares for'... where's the story line? There should've been some short skit or something about why the guy was killed or why the other guy's family was in danger.

Also, the tween-style animation was just a bit sub-par. The guy's walking was terrible, and the other guy was just too simple.

Basically, the movie had many story gaps, and a bit of lazy animation. Otherwise, I think it is worthy of a 5 (though I probably should've given you a 5).

Spookey-Mulder responds:

You're totally right. I'm a lazy ass that wants to animate. but one thing you're wrong about is the style thing and the story gap thing.

1st there is a prequal to this one

2nd the style is meant to be too dramatic

but thanks for the review

it is sub par in my opinion

Well, aint that the dickens!
